What to expect:

Scheduling a Service

To schedule a service, complete the Service Form in its entirety, including the questions realted to equipment type, state of the machine (does it run), and problems with the unit.

These questions help our Drivers know what to expect when they  pickup the machine. (i.e. will it fit on the trailer with the current load, can it be driven onto the trailer, or will it need require a winch, etc.)

In the 'Service Request' box let us know what's going on with the machine and what our technicians should be on the lookout for. Be as detailed as you can here; the more information we have, the better we'll be able to diagnose and fix the machine.

Once that's complete, select 'Submit' and one of our Service Writers will be in touch!

Pickup

Within 24 hours of submitting your form, a member of our team will be in touch to review your service request and schedule your pickup.

The night before your scheduled pickup you'll recieve an email and text with your pickup time. (We'll provide you with a two-hour pickup window.)

When your machine is next on the list, you'll get an alert letting you know we're on the way. You can also follow a link included in the email and text, which allows you to track your Driver.

If you have any questions regarding your pickup, contact Scheduling at (908) 698-0240, or email scheduling@powerplaceinc.com

Delivery

When your service is complete, or when your new machine as arrived, a member of our team will call to schedule your delivery.

The day before your scheduled delivery you'll recieve an email and text with your delivery window and a link to track your Driver.

Upon delivery, your Driver will review basic instructions with you on the operation of your equipment and provide you with your final receipt, and/or financing information.

If you have any questions regarding your delivery, contact Scheduling at (908) 698-0240, or email scheduling@powerplaceinc.com

Service Policies

Once your machine enters our shop, we'll determine the level of service required and assign the right technician best trained to perform these services.

Our challenge is the efficient and equitable repair of your equipment, getting it back in your shop, your barn, or garage where it belongs!

In an effort to expedite the job we ask for pre-approval to replace common wear parts like belts, blades and batteries. Of course you may opt-out in which case we'll give you a call.
