Once your equipment arrives at our facility, we evaluate the level of service required and assign the technician best trained to perform the work. Our technicians take the time to thoroughly inspect each machine and identify potential problems before they become major issues. If additional concerns are discovered, we will contact you and discuss the recommended solutions before proceeding.
Our goal is to repair your equipment efficiently and fairly so it can get back to where it belongs — in your shop, barn, or garage — ready for the work ahead.

Service Policies
Minimum Estimate / Diagnostic Fee
A minimum diagnostic fee of $60 applies to all Lawn & Garden and Handheld Equipment brought in for evaluation. This fee is separate from any applicable pickup and delivery charges.
Many service requests involve equipment that is not operating properly and requires evaluation to determine the cause of the issue. The $60 diagnostic fee covers the technician’s time and administrative costs required to inspect and diagnose the equipment. Diagnosing a problem often requires the same level of expertise and effort as performing the repair itself.
If you approve the repair estimate, the diagnostic fee will be credited toward the total repair cost.
In some cases, diagnosing the issue may require partial disassembly of components such as engines, transmissions, or other assemblies in order to determine the extent of damage or wear. If a repair estimate is declined after disassembly has occurred, additional labor may be required to reassemble the equipment, which will be billed at our posted shop labor rate of $109.99 per hour.
The $60 diagnostic fee includes up to 30 minutes of evaluation time. If an itemized estimate is requested, or if additional diagnostic time or reassembly is required, additional labor charges may apply at the posted hourly shop rate.
If equipment is transported using one of our delivery vehicles, pickup and delivery charges will apply. Disposal fees may also apply where appropriate.

Pickup & Delivery
Pickup
Within 24 hours of submitting your SERVICE FORM, a member of our team will be in touch to review your service request and schedule your pickup.
The night before your scheduled pickup you'll recieve an email and text with your pickup time. (We'll provide you with a two-hour pickup window.)
When your machine is next on the list, you'll get an alert letting you know we're on the way. You can also follow a link included in the email and text, which allows you to track your Driver.
Delivery
When your service is complete, or when your new machine as arrived, a member of our team will call to schedule your delivery.
The day before your scheduled delivery you'll recieve an email and text with your delivery window and a link to track your Driver.
Upon delivery, your Driver will review basic instructions with you on the operation of your equipment and provide you with your final receipt, and/or financing information.

Delivery Rates
Pickup and delivery charges are calculated based on the mileage radius from our Whitehouse Station location. The service zone map is provided for reference purposes only and may not reflect exact boundaries. Customers are encouraged to contact our Service Department to confirm their service zone and applicable pickup and delivery fee. Please note during price spikes of fuel, a temporary fuel surcharge will be added to pickups and deliveries until the price stabilizes.
