Can I purchase a Service and Maintenance Plan for my machine?
Power Place has 3 plans which will extend the warranty and provide annual maintenance for your machine. Call our Sales Department for a quotation of our Silver, Gold, or Platinum Plans available.
How often should I service my machine?
Recommended service intervals are listed in the owner manual and are based upon "hours". Check your hour meter to observe those service intervals. Power Place will notify you annually about "Off Season" maintenance specials. During the winter months, your equipment will get the TLC it requires so you are ready to go come Spring and off season special allow you to save a lot off of our in-season prices.
I just had a machine delivered and I have questions about it.
Your machine should have been delivered with an Owner's Manual, Safety Video, and John Deere Limited Warranty and a Warranty Registration Card. Please read through the Safety, Operating and Maintenance recommendations. If you still have questions, feel free to call Power Place with questions.
What if I purchased my John Deere from The Home Depot or Lowe's?
Power Place is very proud to support you, the owner of a John Deere product, sol through these retailers. We participate with 22 stores in northern New Jersey in support of John Deere products before they are sold and most importantly stand behind your purchase as long as you own it.
What is the warranty on my machine and what does it cover?

How do I register my tractor's warranty?
The associate at your store may have registered your warranty, but you can do it again to be sure that you have coverage. Send in the warranty registration card that came with your Owner's Manual or go online to register machine at: https://masschannelregistration.deere.com/MCWR. We can also register your machine warranty for you. The PIN Number for registration is a sticker on the plastic bag that your Owner's Manual came in. It is also on the machine visible on the frame of the tractor below the left fender above the left rear wheel.
Who do I call for service?
Power Place has been in the power equipment business for over 30 years and always fully supports the products that we sell with in-depth product knowledge, replace and maintain parts in stock and employ a rigorously trained Service Department to keep your machine running for years to come.
Who do I call if my new machine was damaged when I received it?
Damage would be the responsibility of the shipper. If it was delivered by or picked up at the retailer the store is responsible. If you received "White Glove" delivery from Power Place for your internet order, then Power Place will happily handle the issue.
